4) PRESS, MEDIA, AND BRAND ASSETS

Any use of our brand assets (logos, name, screenshots, or quotes) in press releases, articles, investor decks, promotional materials, or public statements requires prior written approval.

5) ANTI-IMPERSONATION AND FRAUD WARNING

Fraudulent actors may impersonate NextRock, its affiliates, or personnel. For your protection:

• We do not solicit via unsolicited DMs or public messaging groups (WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal/LINE/WeChat, etc.).

• We will never ask for passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases, or private keys.
